Thank you for registering for Deep Rooted - I'm so delighted that you have decided to join me for a day of reflection, connection and reenergising. Here are all the details you need to know about the event.

Friday 24th March 2023

If you are a day delegate 

9.30-10am arrival

The day will start promptly at 10am. If you arrive after 9.55 please make your way to the Cherry Room - you can download a map of the Conference Centre below.

On arrival you will be provided with tea and coffee in the main area of the Conference Centre.

4.30pm The day will end

If you are staying the night before

Arrival time

6pm on Thursday 23 March 2023 - please let me know when you will be arriving. I will be in the entrance foyer from 5.45 to 6.30pm. Please do not arrive before 5.30pm. If you are arriving outside of those times or will be late please let me know.

 7pm Dinner will be served - please make sure you have arrived by 7pm. The conference centre has set seating times for each party.

Those of us who are staying will eat together and have a chilled evening together or you are welcome to find some space for yourself.

Breakfast will be served from 8-9am on Friday as a rolling buffet. 

Check out from your room is by 9.30 on Friday 24 March. If you have traveled by train there will be a secure place to leave your bags.

Getting There

Deep Rooted will be held at the High Leigh Conference Centre in Hertfordshire a short train journey from London Liverpool Street Station to Broxbourne Station. There is plenty of parking if you are coming by car. If you are arriving by train you can easily book a taxi from the station.
