Change is inevitable and is happening faster than ever before. Our organisations and teams need to be empowered to manage and thrive in change. but we also know that change is hard. In this month's podcast I'd like to offer a reframe - rather than seeing change as something to resist let's see change as an opportunity to evolve, transform and grow.
This podcast is for you if...
- You are managing change - if you can understand the fears and resistance your team might have to change you will be better equipped to empower them to thrive during change.
- You are experiencing change at work - it might be strategic change, a manager leaving, your role being made redundant. This will support you to focus on what you can control.
- You are moving through personal or professional change - a career pivot, a lifestyle change, a family change.
We explore the concept of the hero's journey - it does involve struggle but the reward is great. I offer a 5 step model to help you assess your readiness for change. Finally I offer 7 ideas for action to help you thrive during change.

- An audio recording - just like a podcast. I know you're busy so I wanted to create content that you can access on the move. You will receive this when you sign up.
- A worksheet for you to download.
- An opportunity to join me live to think through what flow looks like for you and your team alongside other leaders and managers. This will be a powerful session offering you the opportunity to think for yourself and listen to others ideas.
Once you have signed up to one session you will receive a monthly email with the new topic, audio, worksheet and link to the thinking session.
